System クラスの exit() メソッドは、システム上で実行されている現在の Java 仮想マシンを終了します。このメソッドはステータス コードを引数として受け取ります。

注記：ステータス - exit(0) - 正常終了を示します
• ステータス - exit(-1) - 例外による失敗した終了を示します。
• ステータス - exit(1) - 失敗した終了を示します

構文

 public static void exit(int status) 

パラメータ

状態 - 終了ステータスです。

戻り値

このメソッドは値を返しません。

例外

セキュリティ マネージャーが存在し、その checkexit メソッドが指定されたステータスでの終了を承認しない場合、 セキュリティ例外 とげがある。
